Semi-skilled (C) (chemical) / semi-skilled (B) (chemical). First Class full time Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology. For Semi Skilled (C):-

Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as on 01/12/2020

For Semi Skilled (B):-

Should have minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience as on 01/12/2020 in the operation and process control of High Speed Paper Machines / Board Machines, Paper/Board converting section consisting of rewinders, sheeters, cut-pack lines, ream wrapping, pallet wrapping, shrink bundling etc., Stock Preparation, Chemical additive Plant / Colour Coating Kitchen of Paper / Paper Board Machines, Chemical / Mechanical / Deinked Pulp Mills, Soda Recovery Plant with causticizers / Lime Kiln and Chlorine dioxide plant.

semi-skilled (D) (mechanical) / semi-skilled (C) (mechanical) SSLC with NTC in Fitter Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC). For Semi Skilled (D):-

Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as on 01/12/2020

For Semi Skilled (C):-

Should have minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience as on

Candidates should have hands on experience in instrument tubing, panel wiring, cable glanding and termination and should have experience in calibration of the field instruments / transmitters and control valves. Knowledge of DCS / PLC / ASRS system shall be added advantage.

Experience requires in erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all types of measuring instruments / transmitters, Servo valves / proportional valves of hydraulic system, control / on-off valves, pneumatic / hydraulic actuators, controls and automation systems, DCS with profibus, PLCs etc., in large size continuous process industries like Pulp & Paper, Paper Board, Refinery, Fertilizer, Petro-Chemical, Metals processing, Chemical etc. or Thermal Power Plants. Hands on experience on HMI / SCADA programming shall be an added advantage. Experience in erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance in Hardwood Pulp Mill and Recovery Plants are preferable. Knowledge on 7QC Tools, Safety, and 5s Tools, TPM, Kaizen system, industrial engineering and lean manufacturing are preferred.
